Backyard Farm Chef’s Table is looking for service staff this upcoming season! We anticipate hiring one full time primary server, in addition to part time opportunities and on-call service needs. Higher than industry standard hourly wages are based on experience, with the addition of gratuities. We offer service refinement training if necessary, for the right candidates.

With another exciting season, representing Food and Wine Culture in the South Okanagan upon us, we are in need of individuals to represent our quality minded approach to our culinary services. Backyard Farm can host up to 20 guests, in an intimate and engaging atmosphere, offering tailored menus and wine pairing suggestions individual to each client. We are looking for professional, personable and dynamic individuals with a passion for our wonderful region, and an interest in providing a very unique wine, culinary and service experience to all of our clients. In addition to Backyard Farm events, we offer tailored, quality minded culinary services for high profile winery events, off-site special events and high end weddings, as well as private chef services to our ever-growing list of clients. We are seeking service staff who possess “Serving It Right” certification, and fine dining service experience is an asset. Wine knowledge is also an asset, but not necessary, as the majority of our events involve food and wine pairing. We consider this a “perk” of employment within our intimate team, with an opportunity to taste and gain knowledge around the wealth of wines from our specific region, and internationally as well. We offer these positions in a professional, supportive, respectful and positive work environment. Our goal is to continue offering some of the best service and culinary experiences in The South Okanagan. If you feel you would be a great fit within our team, please forward resumes to: chris@backyard-farm.ca.
