“Juneuary” is upon us, and as most who have lived here know that the weather can be, well, inconsistent at best….
That in mind, we have been in full fledge planting mode at the farm, along with getting our culinary and hospitality team trained and ready for our upcoming peak season. Moving forward, our new and returning team members are excited for the challenges that lie ahead. With this in mind, and with the much anticipated use of our outdoor “al Fresco” dining room, we have updated our busy schedule to reflect some availability for private, intimate lunches immersed in our heritage orchard setting. Recognizing that our calendar seems to fill swiftly, a wealth of inquiries from return guests has prompted us to look at expanding our tailored culinary experiences into lunches, with the same focus on quality, seasonal ingredients. The idea, as we continue to evolve, is to offer a more casual culinary offering and in a more compressed timeframe to continue with your day of sunshine, wine tasting and visiting with family and friends. We have posted available dates on the calendar, and will remove them on a first come-first served basis. Guests bring their own wines to enjoy, and 3 course menus are formatted with a combination of grazing, shared and family style appetizers and lighter fare mains, with a plated dessert. Water service and corkage is complimentary, and our culinary team will still offer the story behind the farmers, producers and menu preparation, as has come to be expected when dining with us. We will still connect directly with client inquiries for details, as well as forwarding pricing and our fine print. Pricing is based on a cost per person, with a minimum spend and a maximum number of guests. Details include:
-Allergies, Dietaries and final guest numbers confirmed at least 48 hours prior
-Start Time 12:30 or 1 PM, with a maximum of 3 hours to ensure we do not impact the setup of the following dinner bookings.
-Maximum of 12 Guests, 50% deposit required to secure booking.
-Outdoor Seating Only (Covered patio is shade and wind screened)
The few lunches we have hosted here at the farm have been so amazing thus far! We are so thrilled with our new space, and look forward to showing it off. Furthermore, we would be more than happy to entertain a farm tour upon request, we love to offer insight into all of our hard work, and enhance the “sense of place”, when bringing the table to the farm.
