Just a mere two months into this adventure, it was seriously humbling to read these articles yet again, both capture the true vision for Backyard Farm Chefs Table. The anticipation of cooking in this new kitchen and dining room has not left, as a smile swiftly finds its way every time I come in to start the days list of projects, or commute “home” via Mikkels golfcart after an evening of food and good company¬†¬†. I couldn’t be happier with the results, function meeting character-and it certainly exceeded my expectations in both aspects. Looking back at the process, it is hard to believe that Ton and I managed to accomplish what we did in such a short amount of time…..Thanks Jeanette and Tarryn for capturing the vision behind the experience.
