We have decided that December 3rd shall be our very first ever open house at the farm!
The reason? Well, we haven’t had much of a chance to reflect on the success of our season, and typically our hands are too busy to be able to chat with our clients as much as we would like to! Additionally, we figured this might be a great opportunity for you to grab a few retail items for your friends and family-nothing like some handcrafted goodness for a stocking stuffer, or for some holiday cooking.
I was thinking I may make some sourdough cinnamon buns and perhaps some bread for purchase, as well as ramping up some “practice” pre holiday chocolates to put on the shelves. We will have our shelves also fully stocked with many of our sought after items for purchase as well, while supplies last. A little mulled local apple cider might just be in order as well!
As our holiday schedule is quite busy from this point onward(only a couple of days in December left for a booking), we hope some of you can make it out! We will have a fire in the pit outside, a fire inside to keep things cozy. The kids will likely be kept at bay decorating the gingerbread house. Might also be a good time to chat with us about next season, as dates are filling very quickly, and yes, I know I have said it every year, but it happening at a faster rate that ever.
We hope to see you here, for a quick hello, some shopping, and some story telling perhaps! We will have our doors open from 12pm-5pm, and of course can arrange times for later purchasing during our prep days up until our Christmas break……For small purchases, cash is preferred to keep things expedient.
