Hello Kelowna followers and fans!
We just confirmed a very exciting dinner experience cooking with the students at Okanagan College. Having finished my apprenticeship in 2001, this event brings us back to the college to contribute a menu prepared with some of the upcoming culinary talent currently studying the culinary arts program, paired with Fairview Cellars Wines, and joined by Bill Eggert, one of the most talented and inspiring winemakers in the South Okanagan. Tickets can be purchased directly through the college, very limited availability. Kyle and I are very excited for this one!
