Join us at Backyard Farm for a hands on sourdough bread making workshop with Chef Chris Van Hooydonk. Limited to just 8 guests, you’ll be guided through the process of creating your own no-knead focaccia, while watching a live demonstration of our handcrafted whole wheat plum sourdough and classic ciabatta making process. Bring your favourite bottle of wine to enjoy throughout the evening, alongside a thoughtfully prepared charcuterie spread served table side.
Each guest will leave with their own sourdough starter, Delilah, and our sourdough recipe to continue baking at home.
